Houselessness affects all those who live within a community and requires a community-wide response. Just Compassion seeks to identify avenues to effectively share information, develop opportunities for discussion and create action to meet the challenges.

Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager

The Enhanced Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager provides housing-focused case management to households experiencing housing crises. This position supports participants in quickly resolving housing barriers, securing permanent housing, and maintaining long-term housing stability.
Resource Center Front Desk
Tigard, OR
The Front Desk serves as the first point of contact for participants, visitors, and community partners at Just Compassion’s Tigard Shelter. This position is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, safe, and trauma-informed reception area while performing administrative and data entry tasks to support overall shelter operations.
