Billing Supervisor
Tigard, OR
The Billing Supervisor oversees all Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) billing operations across Just Compassion’s Tigard, Salem, and Eugene sites. This position provides leadership, quality oversight, and regulatory guidance to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing in alignment with Medicaid, Oregon Health Authority (OHA), and Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) requirements.
Case Manager Lead

The Case Manager Lead provides consultation, technical guidance, and quality oversight to direct service staff delivering Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) services. This role supports case planning, workflow coordination, case review, and program compliance efforts to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed service delivery.
